All projects include 30 days of free bug fixes post-launch. Beyond that, you can either move to a monthly retainer or book ad-hoc hourly work. Most clients choose the retainer because it's more cost-effective for ongoing feature development.
Both. For well-defined projects, I prefer fixed-price because it removes financial uncertainty for you. For ongoing retainers or projects with evolving requirements, hourly or a monthly block of hours works better. We decide together in the proposal phase.
